Ariel Román’s past experience of cooking Paellas comes from our native roots of Puerto Rico. Being 1/3 Spaniard, he perfectioned Paellas and started offering on site catering services to friends and family. In time, he started to also prepare them to new clients. His Paellas became a show to watch, and guests not only observed but participated in the process of Paella preparation by asking questions and taking pictures of the process. His passion for food is always reflected in his Paella creations.
